Effective Transition

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) that puts young people at the centre of

what we do; working with schools, parents, local government, charities and other

stakeholders across London and Hertfordshire to support young people by helping them

to overcome both the internal and external barriers that can prevent them from

fulfilling their potential.

Our Services builds resilience and aspiration in people and communities by using sport as a tool to engage and create change.

Effective Transition is proud to have established our working partnerships. We work shoulder- to-shoulder with our Strategic Partners to deliver better results to more disadvantaged young people succeed.

Goff’s Girls Academy - George Nicholson Founder

Kraig McLeod – Professional Footballer

Mark from Effective Transition has shown fantastic mentoring ability to me as my time as a professional athlete - not on a tactical or technical aspect although of course he is well versed in these subjects, but on a human and emotional level, which is often hard to find in professional environments. His background in working in some of the toughest, underprivileged boroughs in London has given him the experience that not many have needing to transform the lives of many young people.
